the lowering and the lifting of the vehicle should had been and to the Mendeleyev Tank of the battlefield 1918 modification

but i think if we change Mendeleev tank this way it is maybe weaker than its counterparts (A7V, etc). You always have to consider historical correctness as well as gameplay.
