Maybe there will be japanese forces in the new patch.
The developers are russians now, they use VK.com (this is russian facebook).
And their leader is also on facebook.

Greetings
Granate

"An experiment that might have afforded a greater defensive capability had taken place on 26 January 1917. The Zeppelin LZ-80 L-35 airship took off with an Albatros D.III fighter suspended beneath it, which was successfully launched from a height of some 1.200 meters and flew safely away."

I hope developers work on bf1918 the next years without changing the core of it.

"For the 1918 raid on the port of Zeebrugge the Royal Navy equipped the HMS Vindictive with several hand held Hay portable flamethrowers and two fixed Morriss flamethrowers for use ashore. They were operated by 34–40 men from the Admiralty experimental station at Stratford and included at least one Royal Engineer. The fixed flamethrowers were damaged by shellfire during the approach but the hand held units with Hay and Morriss portable flamethrowers were reportedly effective."

"The French army deployed the Schilt portable flamethrowers, that were also used by the Italian army. The Russian army used 11.446 indigenously produced flamethrowers, over 10.000 of which were the Tovarnitski portable flamethrowers."
